Social Sport

What is Social Sport?

Social sport includes more flexible, fun and less-structured opportunities to participate physical activity with less emphasis on performance, results and competition. Social sport can also be used to introduce someone to a new sport, or to bring people back to sport.

It’s not about competition, rules or memberships, it’s about finding an activity that helps you move and become more active. Remember, even some activity is better for your health than not being active at all. So let’s get started!

GippSport is working with local clubs, community groups, workplaces to provide flexible opportunities to get active!
