The Victorian Government’s Community Sport and Recreation Awards recognise and celebrate the significant contribution made by clubs, teams and individuals in shaping our community sport and recreation landscape.
The awards are open to all Victorians. Every Victorian club, team or individual involved with, or contributing to community sport and recreation is eligible to be nominated.
You can nominate your own organisation, a club, team, group, or third party. Award winners will receive $3000 with two runners up in each category receiving $1000.
The Minister for Sport will present the prestigious Minister’s Award to an individual, sporting team, club or recreational organisation that embodies the true spirit of community sport and recreation. Nominations received across all award categories will be considered for the Minister’s Award.
