GippSport is looking to increase the consumption of water at community sport.  The benefits are widespread and simple changes can have a big impact.

Three clubs in Boisdale Briagolong Football Netball Club, Lakes Entrance Football Netball Club and Maffra Junior Football Club have all signed up recently which shows a real commitment to the health and well being of their members.

The clubs are undergoing an assessment process initially before trialing changes in how water is promoted and sold at their venue.  GippSport Program Coordinator Ryan Evans is excited by the prospects, “The fact that the clubs are open to looking at this shows a fantastic commitment, the real winners will be players, their families and anyone visiting the venues on match day.”

GippSport are inviting any other sporting clubs across Gippsland to join in with the initiative to increase water consumption at your local grassroots club.  To find out more contact (03) 5135 8335 or
