If your club has an (RSA) training condition on its licence, the club committee members must ensure that the relevant persons update their training every three years.

I don’t know my certificate number. Where do I find it?
Your certificate number is printed in the top right hand corner of your Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
I have lost my original RSA certificate, how do I get a reprint?
If you require a reprint of your RSA certificate, you can submit an enquiry to Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR). To submit an enquiry visit – https://www.vcglr.vic.gov.au/contact-us
There is a charge of $16.50 (including GST) for a replacement certificate.
I have lost my original RSA certificate, can I still do the RSA online refresher course?
To login and complete the refresher you will need the certificate number from your original certificate. If you do not know your certificate number, you can call VCGLR on 1300 182 457 or visit find my RSA certificate number online – https://liquor.vcglr.vic.gov.au/rsa_refresher/FindCertificateNumber.aspx
A completed refresher certificate will be generated which you can use as evidence of completion of the RSA.
