Strategic planning is a vital part of your club’s success. A strategic plan identifies a path for your club to follow. It sets out what you want to achieve and what steps you need to take to get there. Without a strategic plan, your club suffers from directionless actions and often repeated challenges and issues.

This workshop will explore the basic steps in developing a strategic plan with and for your club, including setting goals and objectives, adoption, implementation, monitoring and succession planning.

Resources and templates will be provided to start your club on its way to developing a positive strategic plan.
