Sport is at the heart of our Gippsland community, but the cost of living can sometimes put a strain on local families wanting to keep their kids active. That is where the Victorian Government’s Get Active Kids Voucher Program comes in—and your club can play a massive role in making sport accessible.
What is the Program?
The Get Active Kids Voucher Program provides eligible families with up to $200 to cover the costs of sports memberships, registration fees, and integrated uniforms and equipment.
Provider Applications for Round 11 Are Open Now!
To accept these vouchers in the upcoming round, your club or association must be registered as an official Activity Provider.

- Round 11 applications open: 4 August 2026
- Round 11 applications close: 25 August 2026 at 12PM
All applications will be assessed within 20 business days of the August 25 closing date. This ensures all new activity providers will be fully set up before the parent voucher applications for Round 11 officially open in September.
Is My Club Eligible?
To be eligible to become an Activity Provider, your club or organisation must meet a few key criteria:
Be an incorporated entity registered with the appropriate regulator.
Hold an active Australian Business Number (ABN).
Be affiliated with a Sport and Recreation Victoria recognised Victorian State Sporting Association (SSA) or Victorian State Sport and Active Recreation Body (SSARB).
How to Apply
When you head to the portal to apply, ensure your committee has the following information ready to go:
Organisation details including organisation name, address, and contact details.
Your Australian Business Number (ABN) and Incorporation Number (or ACN).
The name of the organisation you are affiliated with.
Your organisation’s Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency to upload.
Your organisation’s bank account details.
