We know running a club takes a lot of time and energy — that’s why we’re here to help. Through the Sports Administration Hub, you’ll have access to simple, practical training sessions on things like managing volunteers, applying for grants, running meetings, and using helpful tools. It’s all about giving you the skills and confidence to make club life a little easier.

We’re thrilled to see that the West Gippsland Hockey Association, Drouin Hawks Junior Football Club and Gippsland Umpires Association have all been successful in their applications for the Baw Baw Shire Council Community Grants.
The GUA have received $4,770 for the purchase of match quality footballs to be used in training, and the DJFC have received $4,756 for equipment, including new training balls for every team.
The West Gippsland Hockey Association has received $5,000 which it will use to purchase equipment including sticks for trial players to use, new goalie equipment and new face masks to ensure players can take part safely.
A huge thank you to all the volunteers who worked towards this grant, and to the Baw Baw Shire Council for the granting of these funds.
