Statewide Massage & Training will be conducting an Advanced Sports Trainer workshop in Traralgon THIS SUNDAY. Details are as follows:
Date: Sunday 26th March
Times: 9.30am – 4.00pm
Location: Gippsland Indoor Regional Stadium, Catterick Crescent, Traralgon
Please note that you need not have completed a level 1 sports trainer course to undertake this training; it is open to everybody. It main aim is to upskill clubs’ trainers in a number of areas including:
- Sports Massage Techniques
- Trigger Points / Myofascial Release for referred pain
- K-Taping
- Strapping techniques for upper and lower body including plantar fasciitis, shin pain, achilles, shoulder & back
Cost is $120 per person.
