What began as a simple social sport program has evolved into a creative, community-driven space supported by GippSport and South Gippsland Shire Council. Over the past year, the group has delivered 27 sessions, regularly engaging 15 to 20 young people in a mix of activities that now include sport, art, and music.
At first, many participants were hesitant to join in. Some preferred to stay on the sidelines, unsure or lacking confidence. But as trust grew, so did their willingness to try new things. Today, the group buzzes with energy as young people play games, paint murals, and share music together.

Thanks to a $10,000 investment from South Gippsland Shire Council, the program expanded beyond sport to include creative activities that make everyone feel included. This blend of sport and art has helped young people discover new interests, form friendships, and gain the confidence to express themselves.
