Energise Gippsland Solar Program

Have you been considering installing solar PV at your club to help save money, so you can spend it on your sporting programs instead!

Wellington Shire Council and Latrobe City Council have partnered with the Yarra Energy Foundation and Gippsland Climate Change Network to deliver the Energise Gippsland Solar Program.

The Energise Gippsland Solar Program is the second phase of the Gippy Bulk Buy and aims to make installing solar easy and cost effective for Gippsland community group, including sporting clubs, households and businesses. Through a rigorous evaluation process, the Yarra Energy Foundation have selected a reputable solar provider with a great solar offer at reasonable prices – Rocky’s Solar. This offer is available for a limited period and are here to provide independent advice to community groups embarking on their solar journey.

An online information session (through Zoom!) has been planned for Wednesday 14th of April 6.30-7.30pm so you can learn more and get up to date on emerging grants and opportunities.

We encourage your community group/sporting club to participate so that you can achieve energy savings that can be re-invested back into your sport programs and initiatives.
