What is Level the Field – Stream 1?
Stream 1, The Long Game, supports organisations to make lasting changes to systems, policies and practices that improve paid and volunteer opportunities for people with disability across sport and active recreation.
Rather than one-off programs, Stream 1 is about:

improving governance and frameworks
building capability across networks like leagues and associations
creating models that can be rolled out across multiple clubs
