Good Governance
Do you want to be part of your Club’s committee, but not sure where to start? Are you already on a Club Committee and need some advice on how to best run your meetings?
This workshop will provide an overview of the roles and responsibilities that are expected, of you, when joining a committee. It will also cover good governance practices and how their employment can assist in the smooth running of your Club.

Volunteer Management
Managing volunteers can be tricky. There’s no handbook for how to do it, but with the right knowledge, you’ll be running your club like a pro in no time.
This workshop will build your understanding on how to best manage Club volunteers by exploring the key factors that impact volunteer participation, retention, and satisfaction.
We’ll cover:
- Why do people volunteer? What gets them involved?
- How do you recruit great volunteers?
- What does it mean for your Club to have a positive culture of volunteering?
- How do you retain your best volunteers and motivate others to stay involved longer term?
