Prepare Now for Latrobe City Council Grants

Round 1 of the 2026/27 Latrobe City Council Community Grants opens on Monday 13 July 2026. It’s a solid opportunity for local sporting clubs and community groups to secure funding for new equipment, programs, and facility upgrades.

Grant writing can be a bit of a process, but your club doesn’t have to do it alone. GippSport is here to help. We can work with clubs across the Latrobe Valley to prepare, refine, and review their applications.

Funding available:

Capital Works (Major): $7,000 to $20,000 for medium-to-large facility upgrades, accessibility improvements, and built-in equipment.

Community Wellbeing: Up to $15,000 for programs that support community health, connection, sport, and recreation.

Capital Works (Minor): Up to $7,000 for smaller facility improvements and repairs.

Community Events (Minor & Major): $4,000 to $8,000 to help run local sporting eventsor larger regional competitions.

A good application takes time, accurate quotes, and a bit of planning, so if you want our help, reach out well before the deadline. The earlier you get in touch, the more we can do to support you.
