Understanding NDIS Funding Information Workshop

This workshop is aimed at assisting people with disability and their families make informed choices about how they set up and use their NDIS funding package.

  • User-friendly basics on what the NDIS funds and doesn’t fund
  • NDIS Price Guide, including the funding categories
  • What funding is flexible and what are the rules
  • Understanding the funding ‘management options’ including Plan Management and Self-Management

Presenter: Christine Scott has many years working with the disability ‘system’, along with personal experience as a parent of a young adult with a disability who has been funded by the NDIS since 2013. Christine also works at VALID and has supported many individuals and their families with resolving NDIS issues and in getting the best out of the NDIS in the Victorian launch sites.
