Women’s Adventure Film Tour

Gippsland Women’s Health is screening the Women’s Adventure Film Tour in Wonthaggi on Tuesday 3 September and Stratford on Friday 6 September as part of Women’s Health Week (2-6 September).

The film is of the inspiring women around us who are doing extraordinary things in the name of adventure.  This year’s line-up features an all-star cast of Australian athletes including cliff diver Rhiannan Iffland, climber Angie Scarth-Johnson, trail runner Jacqui Bell and many more including women in snow sports, mountaineering and mountain biking.

Partnering with She Went Wild, TheWomen’s Adventure Film Tour  is as an official part of Jean Hailes for Women’s Health, Women’s Health Week.  She Went Wild is a adventure hub who aim to inspire and empower women to get into the outdoors and live an adventurous life.

Each screening of the film features 7 short films across 110 minutes. It is exempt from classification, but the films are suitable for the entire family and would obtain G/PG ratings.
