An exciting opportunity exists to join GippSport as part of our Community Programs team based out of any one of our 4 office sites. (Traralgon, Sale, Inverloch, Bairnsdale)

This role will work with our Programs team, to deliver a suite of programs in schools, early learning centres and communities across Gippsland. Our programs support children (KIDDO), youth (Streetgames style), and adults (including persons with a disability)

You Are:

  • Energetic & Athletic
  • Eager to role model active play to the target cohort
  • Enthusiastic & Willing to learn/share your skills
  • Flexible, as hours and locations are varied

You Will:

  • Facilitate physical activity sessions
  • Engage with local youth within each community
  • Listen and Document needs of each cohort
  • Encourage participation in whatever means that is for each participant
  • Ensure a fun and safe environment

We Will Provide:

  • An opportunity for you to work in the sport/recreation sector
  • Training where required to perform the duties of the role
  • Fair wages in line with the Miscellaneous Award, including casual loading
