Club Culture

Clubs provide enormous community and social benefits. They also have a responsibility to offer a fair, safe and equitable sporting environment.

When running a club, it is essential to consider and enforce codes of conduct, risk management strategies and member protection guidelines to ensure everyone has a fun, safe and inclusive experience.

This workshop will cover:

  • Manage and prevent discrimination and harassment
  • The Child Safe Standards and how it is connected to your club’s culture
  • Develop environments that are inclusive and welcoming for participants.
  • Implementing Change

To book this FREE workshop for your sporting clubs, leagues or association, contact the Team at GippSport.
