Grant Writing Tips For Your Club

When searching and applying for grants, planning goes a long way.  It is important to know what your club needs, when you need it and how much it will roughly cost.  It is important then, to develop a plan.

  • Know what your Club wants to do and why.
  • Identify suitable grants and read the guidelines carefully to make sure your club meets the criteria requirements.
  • Find supporting Information to back up your application e.g. letters of support and required quotes.
  • Clearly define the problem or program that requires the funding and the solution the funding will provide
