Pride Picnic

Pride picnic is back for 2023!

After such great success from last year’s pride picnic, we are excited to provide another epic afternoon of activities, games, and enjoyment to the young people of East Gippsland aged 12-24.

If you’re looking for something fun to do these school holidays, come join us on the 17th of January at Davison Oval, Bairnsdale from 12:30-2:30pm to enjoy an all-inclusive afternoon where we’ll be creating awareness of the LGBTQIA+ community and providing music, food, mindful and physical activities all free of charge.

The afternoon will have an emphasis on moving your body while having fun in an environment where you’ll feel welcomed, empowered, and safe.

Grab your friends and spread the word as this is a picnic you don’t want to miss!

Friendly reminder: Tuesday the 17th is forecasted to be a warm day so make sure if you’re attending to wear a hat and pack some sunnies to ensure you are being SunSmart we will have sunscreen and some shelter provided.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Elly Weatherley on 0476002601 or at ellyw@gippsport.com
